IT Support Engineer

We have an excellent opportunity for a IT Support Engineer to join this established business initially on a 3-month basis. As the IT Support Engineer, you will report into the IT Manager and be responsible for delivering a comprehensive service to staff and managers on all matters related to IT.

You will deliver IT infrastructure services to staff to give IT service users an excellent IT experience. Resolve 1st and 2nd line queries in the IT support system, raising to a more experienced IT team member when required. Investigate network Infrastructure problems.

The ideal candidate will be experienced at providing 1st and 2nd line support, have knowledge of Active Directory with experience of networking switching and /servers. You will also get involved in ad-hoc project work such as UPS upgrades. This role is for an immediate start.
