We are recruiting for a market leading company that specialise in IT Support / Consultancy within Construction, Architecture and Design companies in Central London. Looking for an experienced 1st- 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team and provide on site support for several their clients. Due to the nature of the work conducted by clients a lot of the infrastrucrture supported is Apple focused, experience with this is vital.

The Opportunity

To join an excellent company providing world class service to their clients. If you are an experienced 1st-2nd Line Support Engineer wanting to step up to a Field based Consultant level within IT Support, then this role is perfect for you.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

Experience with using the following:

  • Managing Ticketing Systems
  • Troubleshooting
  • 2nd Line Support
  • Liase with 2nd /3rd Line Support and 3rd party vendors as well as client account managers
  • Managed Service Provider
  • Microsoft and Mac
  • MS Exchange Office 365 Active Directory
  • Windows server
  • Firewalls/Switches
  • Azure
