Reporting into the IT Manager, the successful candidate will be tasked with providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for approximately 250 users across multiple UK sites.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have some experience working in an IT Support Engineer, IT Technician, Infrastructure Engineer, Windows Systems Administrator, IT Generalist or similar role. It is essential to have proven experience with a broad range of technologies including Windows 2008 - 2016 Server, Virtualisation technologies (VMware or Hyper-V), Windows 7-10, MS Office 2010 - 2016 as well as general networking (Firewalls, Routers and switches). The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of, or a passion for, digital marketing (eshots or newsletters), however this is not essential.
