A prestigious Tech Start Up company are seeking an IT support Engineer / 2nd Line Support to join them immediately. The successful candidate should have commercial experience in supporting both hardware and software systems.

This role would suit a highly communicative support engineer that has a genuine interest in technical infrastructure. The role also offers an opportunity to be a part of this successful growing business permanently.

Position- IT Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support
Location- Cambridge
Salary- £28k pa

• Provide 2nd Line IT support
• Hardware installation & maintenance
• Software management & Configuration
• System & Network Maintenance
• Server support
• Database / CRM Support
• Support IT projects

Key requirements for the IT Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support
• IT Support Background
• Hardware & Software maintenance
• Microsoft Exchange Support
• Network Access & Administration
• Windows Server Support / Windows 10
• Mac OS / Mac OSX / Linux
• Active Directory
• ITIL (desired)
• MCP / MCSE (desired)
