IT Support Desk Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Administration Duties on Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory including creation of new users and delegation of mailboxes.

Ad hoc technical support on bespoke in-house systems and day to day operations.

Technical support with Remote Desktop systems and Microsoft 365 in liaison with our external IT hardware company.

Working with customers on implementation of their data into a customs warehouse programme, making sure their data meets our specifications. In order to keep up communication attending team’s meetings with customers, to guide them through their implementation projects and our processes, will be necessary.

Assisting the IT Manager on various data driven projects and tasks when required.

Planning and implementing system improvements collaboratively with the various departments.

Process standardisation: Analysing the processes on customers that were implemented previously and working to bring them up to the standard way accounts should be operating.

Supporting customers with requests for data and clarification across our internal systems.

Out of hours IT support for employees and customers.

Key Competencies:

Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 package and Azure AD

Tech savvy with experience using remote desktops

Accurate and precise data management skills

Ability to effectively communicate across a variety of situations

Fast learner, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Customer service skills, as this role will be both internal and external customer facing


Core hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with an hour for lunch, with regular on call hours to provide out of hours support.
