IT Support Desk Assistant £15,000 - £18,000 Birmingham City Centre
Our family owned leading brand client are seeking an IT Support Desk Assistant to join their friendly team.
We require a Support Desk Assistant to work in a busy I.T. department.
Your primary responsibility will be providing frontline telephone support; answering, logging and resolving calls and escalating more complex or serious problems to other IT/Hardware personnel.
To be considered for this role you must be
- IT competent with demonstrable technical abilities. Previous help desk experience would be an advantage.
- A clear communicator with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Commercially aware with the ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment.
Salary Indication: Starting from £15,000 up to £18,000 per annum dependent on experience
Additional details: Full Time, 37.5 hours, 5 days per week working Permanent contract (6 month probationary)
There will be a requirement to work occasional weekends - Immediate interviews are available
