. Log calls in a proficient and professional manner
. Excellent communication skills to liaise with 3rd parties.
. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Service Desk Team
. Deliver support to users remotely and via email, phone and direct methods
. Excellent communicator
. Experience within Active Directory
. Self-motivated but also be able to work as part of a team.
