IT Support - Analyst (2nd Line)

My client is a household name company that is looking to strengthen their busy IT department. As well as a strong IT skills the company prides itself on excellent customer service, so excellent interpersonal skills are essential

Role includes

· Log customer and colleague problems

· Install and configure computer systems

· Diagnose and solve hardware and software faults

· Analyse call logs to resolve underlying problems

· Basic network troubleshooting

Personal Skills

· Good problem solving skills

· Good customer care skills

· Up-to-date technical knowledge

· Ability to prioritise jobs appropriately

· Good under pressure

· A passion for all things IT

Experience 2 years+ of most of the following

· Networking (LAN/WAN/TCPIP/DHCP/DNS)

· Windows Desktop Support

· Microsoft Office support

· Hardware and Software troubleshooting

· Hardware and Software testing

· PC Rollouts

· Mobile Device Support - Android/iPhone/Windows Phone/iPad

· Active Directory

· Exchange 2010/2013

· Data Backups and Data Security

· Anti-Virus - including virus removal

· Windows Server 2010

· Hyper-V/VMWare
