As IT Support Analyst you will join a fast paced and supportive IT department of circa 20 who provide a friendly and professional helpdesk service to all offices across the UK for over 500 staff. You will deliver superb customer service to internal stakeholders in regards to various Microsoft packages, internal databases and setting up new PCs/laptops. The successful IT Support Analyst will also aid senior members of staff to identify process gaps and develop new and more efficient procedures, really giving you the opportunity to mark your mark.

If you have a keen interest in IT and you are passionate about starting a career in this area, this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for. Although no IT Helpdesk experience is necessary as full IT Support Analyst training will be provided, to be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills in order to manage stakeholders at all levels.
