IT Support Analyst - Nottingham (Shift based team)

To £25k inc' shift allowance + Service Bonus + upto £2k Training Bonuses + MS Certifications!

Please note these positions will require a shift based rota of '4 on/4 off', including days and nights.

Your Career:

You will be invested in to build your technical skills through accredited and certified training from Microsoft including your Microsoft Certified Professional exams to attain your MTA, MCSA and above as your career develops. Options for additional vendor product training is also a potential. These carry different levels of achievement starting with your Windows 10 exams and for those that look to push themselves bonuses of up to £2,000 are in place for hitting the gold standard level in their IT Training Academy.

With fast growing teams you will start your 'next step' career in IT/End User Computing (EUC) and infrastrcuture working on multi-client ITIL framework driven service management support requirements from different organisations including some large public sector and government organisations and even household names.

Who's the Client:

They're a fast growing and successful business investing in a great working modern IT culture with dress down policy, break out areas with gaming and ping pong, free fruit/sweets and a whole host of great reasons to part of the team. They already are a well established IT Services company delivering Managed IT Services and Professional Project services. Delivering what they do across End User Computing (EUC), Desktop and Infrastructure to Public Sector, Government and Commercial clients.

The role:

You will operate a shift based '4 on/4 off' rota including days and nights. Now we appreciate this doesn't suit everybody however, for the right individual this could be ideal for anyone wanting long holiday breaks or flex in their shifts.

Applicants will need previous IT support/service desk experience including the ability to perform SLA driven support, ideally be from a busy and demanding ITIL environment and across a mix of support to upto 2nd line.

You will ideally have experience supporting the following technologies:

- Windows 7/8.1/10

- Office 365

- Active Directory / Group Policy

- Exchange

- Back Up & Antivirus Support

- Mac and Apple software/hardware experience is also of high interest!

Experience of Windows Server 2008/2012, SCCM, Citrix and Cisco products is also another advantage
