IT Support Analyst
Venn Group is currently working with a leading healthcare client looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their IT Support team.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting Tier 1-3 issues, including Active Directory, Exchange and Application issues
- Resolving client issues including escalation of major hardware and/or software problems or defective products
- Answering user inquiries regarding computer software and/or hardware operations
- Providing support to members of staff internally and to external clients, ensuring that incidents and service requests are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
- Log all phone calls made to the Service Desk, ensuring that all issues are captured in the Service Desk software
Experience must include:
- PACS/RIS software
- Dicom/HL7 standards
- SQL queries
- ITIL Framework
- Stakeholder Management skills
