IT Support Analyst

Venn Group is currently working with a leading healthcare client looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their IT Support team.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: London

Responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting Tier 1-3 issues, including Active Directory, Exchange and Application issues
  • Resolving client issues including escalation of major hardware and/or software problems or defective products
  • Answering user inquiries regarding computer software and/or hardware operations
  • Providing support to members of staff internally and to external clients, ensuring that incidents and service requests are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
  • Log all phone calls made to the Service Desk, ensuring that all issues are captured in the Service Desk software

Experience must include:

  • PACS/RIS software
  • Dicom/HL7 standards
  • SQL queries
  • ITIL Framework
  • Stakeholder Management skills
