This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a customer / user facing role, solving a variety of technical issues and who enjoys learning new skills quickly. Working within the clients busy HQ, you will take responsibility for logging and resolving clients issues in a timely manner to agreed SLA's (mainly desktop enquiries both remote and desk side, within a windows server environment).

This role allows you the opportunity to learn new skills, whilst improving on those you have acquired to date. It is vital that you demonstrate outstanding customer services skills, team work and can also demonstrate a track record of working independently when required. You must have a driving license and vehicle for this role due to occasional travel to other local sites when required.
