Human Capital Ventures is acting as a preferred recruitment partner to one of the world largest organisations with over 65,000 employees worldwide and a presence in over 80 counties for an IT Service Desk Analysts to provide support services to colleagues across the business.
Located from their plush IT Operations centre in Milton Keynes, the success candidates will act as first point of escalation for technical issues providing support over the phone, through email/live messenger and remotely, taking high volumes of contracts, ensuring these are all registered on the IT Service Management Platform working to pre-defined service levels and performance metrics.
Applicants will ideally have worked in an IT Service Desk capacity previously or in a similar IT support capacity with sound knowledge troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems to Win 10, knowledge of Microsoft Business Application such as MS Office and system administration tools such as Active Directory and Exchange. Candidates should also process good around Hardware, Software, Connectivity, and Mobile Devices experience.
As this position is supporting our clients Asia region, the successful candidates will be required to work Night Shifts, from Sunday - Friday (22:00 - 07:00).
Our client is looking to recruit a number of Analysts on either a fixed term or self-contract basis to support their continued growth and expansion, support the business in a Windows 10 Upgrade and integrate some newly acquired companies.
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Fixed-Term: £27,600 pro rata (including guaranteed anti-social allowance)
Contract: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour (Limited or Umbrella)
