IT Support Analyst - London - £35K
Up to £35K depending on experience + Excellent Benefits
A well-established pharmaceutical firm based in London is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join them, in helping develop their IT Infrastructure and support their user base. This is an amazing opportunity for you to get involved in an incredibly successful business that researches and produces healthcare solutions used across the globe.
You will be responsible for driving the company further forward through; developing, upgrading and maintaining IT Infrastructure (Windows Server, Exchange, O365, Networking, Network Security), Desktop deployments, troubleshooting, resolving user issues and implementing IT project work. The other half of the role will entail supporting users with technical faults and troubleshooting any issues or queries which may arise for them.
