IT Support Analyst required to carry out 1st line duties and act as the first point of contact for external and internal users for a leading Consultancy in Colchester. My client has seen tremendous growth delivering CX implementations and Oracle solutions to a variety of blue-chip organisations. The company is entering an exciting phase and they are now offering a new support division to ensure they continue to support their clients to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st line support on a range of Oracle CX/CRM applications and technologies to ensure. This role involves close interaction with the Support Manager and other technical teams and you will be responsible for timely troubleshooting and escalations to senior teams to ensure successful resolution for the end user.

As such, the most important requirement is excellent communication, fault finding, and analysis skills. Outside of this, any previous IT support or knowledge gained from a Computing or related Degree will be advantageous. This opportunity would most certainly suit a recent Computing Graduate with an interest in pursuing a career in IT Support. Similarly, anyone who has completed an IT-related apprenticeship or who can demonstrate previous 1st Line technical support are encouraged to apply.
