IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd Line) - £22,000-£25,000 - Wrexham

An opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd Line) to join the team based in Wrexham.
As the IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd Line) you will take ownership of support tickets for production-based IT systems and provide proactive support within SLA timeframes. You will be supporting the inhouse team of c90-100 users across largely Microsoft systems.
The IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd Line) will be responsible for:
- Efficiently dealing with support requests within SLA timeframes
- Network & Support administration/supporting upgrades
- Provide flexible end-user support when required, including out-of-hours coverage as the business requires
- Ensure the day-to-day security of all IT systems and related data; ensure all systems are patched and up-to-date
To be considered for the role of IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd Line) you must have a positive attitude, be passionate about IT and working with people. You will be taking support tickets from users at all levels and must be able to deal with them to the best of your ability. You will be working in a Microsoft environment and should have experience across most of the following:
- Windows server Clusters
- Active Directory
- Telephony Systems
- Backup & Recovery
- Server 2016, Office 365,
