I'm looking for a support administrator to join a global company specializing in providing voice networks.
Your role will involve providing day-to-day support for customers and managing the workload of the support team by monitoring the ServiceNow platform, assigning tasks appropriately. You will also be required to provide 1st line support.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Customer service experience
- 1st line support experience
- Experience with VOIP technologies
