IT Support - 1st/2nd Line - West Malling, Kent - Up to £20,000 plus benefits

I am currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd Line Support internally for a very successful client based in West Malling, Kent.

You will be supporting hardware and software systems, owning support tickets, providing deskside and remote support for multiple locations. Other parts of the role will include you working to set KPI's, accurate logging of all incidents and providing an excellent service to staff across the business.

Skills required

  • Previous experience from an IT Support role is essential
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Hold an MCP, Comp TIA or equivalent
  • Effective management of ticket management systems
  • ITIL certified is desirable
