IT Service Operations Manager - ITIL, Insurance
£400 - £450 per day
My client is a high profile Insurance firm who have an urgent requirement for an IT Service Operations Manager with excellent internal stakeholder management skills who has clearly owned the customer satisfaction journey providing Service Reviews and Service Review Packs.
As IT Service Operations Manager you will be responsible for achieving excellence in IT Service Delivery, through managing the Service Relationship with the business and driving a service culture across the organisation. This role will specifically review and define requirements for the IT Service Management team.
To be considered you must have a strong IT Service Operations Management background, ITIL certification and expert internal stakeholder management and business relationship management skills. You must be able to clearly demonstrate your experience in providing Service Reviews and Service Review Packs for internal stakeholders and customers. You must have worked in a role clearly focused around increasing customer satisfaction. The preferred candidate will have worked in an Insurance or Financial Services environment previously.
