Exciting opportunity for 3 IT Service Delivery professionals to be part of a brand new IT service, delivering to customers in the financial services industry. The IT Service Managers will play a major part in the bedding in period of the new services, understanding the service run through oversight and management of the 24/5 service.
With a good understanding of service management and the practices, the IT Service Manager will also play a key role in identifying service gaps, after the bedding in period, assessing risks and making continued improvements to the service delivery function.
Key skills and experience required for the IT Service Manager include:
- IT Service Management experience
- Incident and problem management experience
- Understanding of the support function
- Stakeholder management - Clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
This role is suited to an enthusiastic individual who is keen to be involved in a brand new IT service. It is a hands-on role, which requires flexibility, and an inquisitive mind to challenge, and ensure an excellent IT service is delivered.
