Main Purpose of the Job

The IT Service Manager (ITSM) leads the team that provides support to IT users across the Knight Square group. The team consists of three capabilities:

  • IT service desk which is the primary channel for IT support;

  • 2nd line/Desktop engineers providing more advanced remote and desk-side support, as well as managing all assets used by end users;

  • Incident, problem and change management;

Success of the team is measured by continuous service improvement and high customer satisfaction.
