IT Service Manager
Main Purpose of the Job
The IT Service Manager (ITSM) leads the team that provides support to IT users across the Knight Square group. The team consists of three capabilities:
IT service desk which is the primary channel for IT support;
2nd line/Desktop engineers providing more advanced remote and desk-side support, as well as managing all assets used by end users;
Incident, problem and change management;
Success of the team is measured by continuous service improvement and high customer satisfaction.
Position within the Organisation
Reports to the Director of IT.
