IT Service Manager – ITIL / SQL Server

An experienced IT Service Manager / Delivery Manager, who will have extensive experience of working within ITIL environments, holds a Microsoft certification (MCSE preferred) and ideally strong stakeholder management skills, is required by a leading business to the north of Bristol. A salary of up to £35k plus benefits is offered depending on experience.
This role will involve significant international travel – 50% during initial probation period and roughly 30% thereafter.
In this exciting role, the IT Service Manager will take responsibility for coordinating, managing and reporting on the resolution of all incidents – in line with clients’ SLAs. This will include customer contact / stakeholder management, regular reports and some hands-on technical support.

- Strong all round technical background – Windows & Linux, SQL, VMware etc
- Experience of working within ITIL environments
- Either CCNA or MCSE would be a distinct advantage
- Strong team leadership skills
