IT Service Management Process Manager - Sunderland

Arnold Ash have been retained by a European Leader in transportation to engage a IT Service Management Process Manager to support them in their period of exponential growth. They are looking for an IT Service Management Process Manager to support the ITIL Service Manager process framework to deliver IT support across the group.

The successful IT Service Management Process Manager will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining, operating, troubleshooting and continuously improving ITSM tools, including reporting against performance
  • Several ITSM processes mainly within the IT service Operations space (Incident, Problem, Request, Access, Event)
  • Ensuring a roadmap of improvements and insights are developed and communicated out to key stakeholders
  • Ensuring appropriate Performance Reporting, Quality, Compliance and Risk Management for ITSM processes in your area
  • Leading 2 or more junior Process Managers or Analysts helping develop the teams’ capabilities and through put.

The successful IT Service Management Process Manager will be:

  • ITIL Accredited (Intermediate Level or higher, or equivalent)
  • Strong general knowledge of IT infrastructure environment(s)
  • Experienced within service management roles such as Incident Management, Problem management, Availability Management, Change Management, Release and Deployment, Service Acceptance, Service Level Management
  • Experienced in managing an ITSM tool and automation. Advanced Excel skills
