You will primarily be providing 1st and 2nd line support to staff located in 4 offices, as well as remote support to field based colleagues.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responding to support requests via phone, email and ticketing system
- Allocate request to another team member if required
- Installation of equipment
- Helping maintain hardware infrastructure including mobiles, laptops etc
- Troubleshooting issues
- Setting up new starters
Salary for this role is offering up to £25,000 per annum plus great company benefits including 25 days holiday, rising to 30 with service, plus bank holidays.
