IT Service Desk Team Lead - Service Desk Manager - Infrastructure Lead - W indows, Exchange, Networking, Hyper-V - Salary £30,000 - £35,000 DOE - Guildford, Surrey. Key skills

  • Microsoft Desktop Windows 7/10
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016
  • Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016
  • Networking Experience (routers, switches & firewalls)
  • Good Microsoft Skills - AD/GPO's
  • Good Customer facing skills
  • Team Leadership experience would be advantageous

This role will require you be technically hands on as well as supporting other team members and instilling confidence within the group. The split is around 70% Technical and 30% Managerial. You will be expected to provide a high level of service upon day to day delivery operating in an effective and professional manner.
