Role: IT Service Desk Lead / Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

My client are multi-award winning IT provider, delivering a full cycle managed IT service including IT support, technology solutions and IT Training.
They are looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Lead / Manager who will manage all aspects of the service desk. This will include Staffing, working with the Technical Team Leader to address Incidents, Service Requests and Customer Satisfaction; ensuring Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded and that any SLA breaches are investigated fully to improve Service Delivery.
