£20,000 - £22,000 

Raynes Park SW20

9 month fixed term contract IMIMMEDIATE start

8am - 6pm Monday to Friday 

I am recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst on join a fantastic and large IT team for a well established organisation. My client is looking for someone with an excellent telephone manner, articulate, great communication skills and someone who has either had experience in 1st Line IT Support or a telephone customer service role and be IT literate

The IT Service desk is responsible for calls from both internal and external customers. Currently over 90% of calls received by the Service Desk are resolved within the team with the rest being escalated to other Managed Network departments.

Experience supporting Mitel Telephony systems would be advantageous
