Role: Service Desk Analyst
Type: Contract
Rate: Up to £122 per day

The role:

This is a long term contract for candidates that would be interested in a potential permanent opportunity further down the line

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling emails, phone calls and customer walk ins on a daily basis
  • Administering Active Directory
  • Providing application support
  • Supporting SAP and inhouse systems
  • Supporting Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office 2007/2010
  • Troubleshooting Citrix and networks
  • Basic hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops and printers)
  • Installing various software packages
  • Logging calls using Service Now

Experience & Abilities

  • Passion in delivering high quality support to customers
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Previous experience using Active Directory
  • Beneficial to have Office 365 and SAP user administration understanding
  • Able to work to SLAs and KPIs
  • Experience of devising innovative mechanisms to prevent incidents/problems
