Position: Service Desk Analyst
We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst for a FTSE 250 listed UK businesses. With a focus on building long-term relationships and then delivering first class business solutions.
The job will include providing a single point of contact for raising IT incidents and requests from Business Customers, IT suppliers and hosting suppliers, via any communication channel, but mainly telephone, email and web portal.
