Our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT Service operations Team. You will provide first-line incident management, request fulfilment and problem management for the companies IT Systems. Supporting over 2,000 business users, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the systems are available.

These are the skills and knowledge you will need to be success in the role:

- Society IT infrastructure
- Data Protection Act
- ITIL Foundation Certificate
- Microsoft-based environments
- Understanding of databases
- Self-motivated
- Excellent customer service skills
