IT Service Desk Analyst - Not to be missed!
Human Capital Ventures is acting as a preferred recruitment partner to one of the world largest organisations with over 65,000 employees worldwide and a presence in over 80 counties for an IT Service Desk Analysts to provide support services to colleagues globally across the business.
Located from their plush IT Operations centre in Milton Keynes, the success candidates will act as first point of escalation for technical issues providing support over the phone, through email/live messenger and remotely, taking high volumes of contracts, ensuring these are all registered on the IT Service Management Platform working to pre-defined service levels and performance metrics.
Applicants will ideally have worked in an IT Service Desk capacity previously or in a similar IT support capacity with sound knowledge troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems to Win 10, knowledge of Microsoft Business Application such as MS Office and system administration tools such as Active Directory and Exchange. Candidates should also possess good around support experience across Hardware, Software, Connectivity and Mobile Devices.

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000

Hours: 37.5 hours Monday - Friday between (07:00 - 18:00)
