Are you an IT Service Desk Analyst with ERP / ITIL experience based around Swindon?

Great, CV Screen has a fantastic opportunity for you to join a market leader in developing and delivering integrated business solutions. You’ll be assisting customers with problems and queries relating to ERP and Oneoffice application software, from installation to customer training.

You’ll proactively analyse work undertaken, identifying ways in which repetitive calls can be reduced or eliminated.

You will join a highly successful market leading IT company that develop and deliver integrated business solutions. They employ over 300 staff Globally and have been established over 30 years ago and offer excellent career prospects.

Knowledge and Experience

Previous experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst.

Experience analysing incident data.

Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively on technical and business issues.

Any experience with ERP Software would be highly desirable.

Salary:

Basic salary to £27,000 + Benefits
