I am currently working with one of the UK's leading financial services in Staffordshire. They are currently in the process of implementing a Digital Strategy that would put them in a prime position within their industry. They are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager that will have full accountability for delivering 1st, 2nd and 3rd line end user support to the business while being responsible for the smooth running of the Service Desk.
The ideal candidate will be required to develop and drive excellence in service standards, introducing ITIL v3 processes and acting as the prime point of contact for all major Technology and Change incidents.
To be considered for the role of IT Service Delivery Manager, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
• Excellent experience of leading and motivation staff through periods of major change
• Extensive experience of interacting with staff, key stakeholders and customers
The successful IT Service Delivery Manager will be offered a salary of up to £50,000 plus company benefits!
