Large services business is looking to recruit a experienced customer focused IT Manager.
Managing a large desktop team, you will take responsibility for budgeting, resource management and activity planning of projects. Specifically you will:
- Motivate and lead project delivery teams, ensuring delivery within defined time, cost and quality delivery parameters.
- Ensure that project delivery teams understand project delivery requirements in accordance with project management processes and policies.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with third party project resources.
Though not under your management you will also be accountable for managing the performance of the helpdesk team, ensuring the quality and output are in line with internal SLAs.
You will be an experienced IT Manager who has led large Service Desk and Desktop teams within an enterprise scale and diverse organisation. You will have implemented Service Management processes and be proficient working with suppliers and other partners outside the organisation. Experience of operating with an ITIL environment will be beneficial.
