IT Second Line Support

Rutherford Briant are currently recruiting for a IT Second Line Support for a Top 30 Accountancy Firm, based in Bishops Storford.

This role requires the individual to provide 2nd line support service to all staff within the office and requires travel twice a month to the other offices. This role will see you serving as second line contact for all customers and supervising a junior.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide IT Support at Second Line,
  • Completing internal user IT equipment moves and installing software,
  • Monitoring and Controlling the Helpdesk and liaising with appropriate parties to resolve issues,
  • Monitoring emails and ensuring all logs for equipment are maintained.

The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in second line support.
