IT Account ManagerLeicestershire£30,000-£40,000 DOE+ Car Allowance +Exciting commission structureWe are currently recruiting for an experienced IT reseller for a growing company in Leicestershire looking to expand its sales team. Our small but growing company is now looking to expand it's sales reach with the introduction of an Account Manager to assist clients. We are looking for a talented, ambitious & proactive I.T Sales Account Manager to join our Sales team based in Leicestershire.The role will involve proactively developing & maintaining relationships the range of products into their diverse range of customers. The role will be a mix of new business and attending meetings with potential clients face to face. The role will also be a split between bringing in new clients as well as managing the clientele you bring in, maximising their spend year on year.The role will require a proactive approach to telephone calling new and prospect clients, as well as the proactive use of email & Linkedin communications.You will be exceptional at interacting & maintaining positive relationships both with your customers & our internal teams.Required Skills:" Proactive I.T sales & account management of IT hardware experience" Ability to work effectively to targets" Excellent interpersonal skills" Comfortable bringing in new clients as well as managing them and expanding them as a clientResponsibilities & Duties:- Proactively calling & emailing prospective and previous customers- Managing new enquiries via social media, email and phone- Account management of regular spend customers- Managing your sales pipelineRequired Skills & Personal Qualities:- Confident, professional manner- Good written & verbal communication skills- Suited to working in fast paced team environment- Able to work under pressure, prioritising & multitasking- Proven accuracy inputting high volume of data- Customer focused with excellent communication & rapport building skills- Desire and ability to work in an environment where on-going learning is essential
