Our well established Malvern based client is looking for a professional, driven and motivated candidate to join their Sales Support team. We are looking for someone passionate about a career in IT, looking to join the company in a sales support role but driven to succeed and progress/ develop their career further down the line into account management.
The successful candidate will support the Account Managers with the following tasks:
Quotations / Proposals
*Quotation creation from estimates
*Raise Deal/ Quotes
*Quotation creation for renewals, Maintenance renewals / update hardware inventory
*Chase quotations updates from the customer
*Proposals using Sales Connect
*Liaise for deal approval with various providers
*Attend meeting and take notes
*Forecasting from the meeting discussion of new business
Ordering / Receiving
*Sales Order and Purchase Order creation
*Respond to customer with thank you for order
*Push SO to invoice
*Placing orders - gaining best price / ensuring hardware is received on time
*Raise internal orders for hardware and workstation equipment
*Allocate serial numbers to sales orders
*Ensure hire equipment is hired and off-hired correctly
*Chase updates on order status / delivery dates
*Receiving hardware in on GP
*Checking and sending Health and Safety forms and Scope of Works / formatting and spelling
*Booking hotels, flights, car hire and car parking
*Project update email to the customer
*Action Logs to keep updated
*Scheduling - adding to CRM
*In-country support / contractors liaise with
*Shipping hardware within UK and outside of UK
*Confirmation of delivery of shipped hardware to the customer
*Country certificate of conformity
*Keep black folders updated and filing
*Book and schedule internal training / exams
*Keep database up to date
*Customer meetings - organise and purchase required
*Keep the Audit file and commission sheet up to date
*Handle potential returns / replacements of hardware with distribution
