Experienced 360 Perm Recruitment Consultant- IT Sales
Location: Dudley (remote working available) - £22-35,000 + OTE

Are you an ambitious individual looking to join one of the UK's fastest growing, independent recruitment consultancies? We're looking for driven Sales recruitment professionals to join us in an exciting period of growth and expansion.

You will be joining a team of both experienced and junior consultants within an established market. You will be tasked with growing and developing your own IT Sales desk by utilising our Business Development team, cross-selling, developing stronger relationships with existing Clients and generating your own new business relationships.

What Concept look for..
You will have a recruitment experience, ideally gained within Sales or IT however, we welcome applications from consultants with a successful track record in other sectors. You should be able to demonstrate success through achievement against previous revenue targets and also the development of business relationships (both candidates and clients). You must have ability for both new business generation and account management / delivery.
