IT Release Coordinator

Your new role
In your new role as IT Release Coordinator you'll be responsible for operating the process and release of software changes into the clients production systems. You'll be controlling the implementation, ensuring current IT services continue uninterrupted and you'll deliver multiple project releases through the full release lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you'll have significant, demonstrable experience of working on systems implementation projects in a release team, in a Test / QA team, or in Acceptance into Service in Service Delivery / IT Operations. You'll possess good awareness of n-tier and SOA architectures, and relational databases. You'll have a proven ability to operate the release process of a large-scale IT operation. Experience in the use of auto-deployment software tools is also essential. An ITIL Foundation or a good understanding of the ITIL Framework for Release Control and Validation is desirable.

In return you'll be offered an initial 12 month fixed term contract paying up to £38,833 per annum.
