Our IT Recruitment Manager is an essential part of our business. You will use your industry knowledge and wealth of experience to own and manage the entire recruitment for 24:7 Recruitment Solutions, for IT, Quantitative and or Tech hires.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner and educate the business, key stakeholders and wider colleagues on best recruitment practices.
  • Source, Interview and Secure amazing talent, in a professional manner.
  • Source, screen and select the top talent in the industry through job boards, social media and digital advertising.
  • Write bespoke and engaging job descriptions/adverts, considering factors such as Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
  • Interview in either a competency or skill basis, to assess and refine to the best talent.
  • Manage the process from recruitment, planning, interview, selection, and offer stage.
  • Network at industry or social events to build strong relationships.
  • Be an advocate for creative and/or cost effective candidate sourcing to attract, select and pipeline the best candidates.

Your Experience and Skills Include:

  • Be at ease with managing stakeholder relationships and have proven experience in partnering clients to overcome obstacles.
  • Have experience with quantitative disciplines, markets and technologies.
  • Can demonstrate a track record of success in hiring senior professionals.
  • Be a master of running Boolean searches and other Linked-in tools.
  • Have previously managed the IT recruitment desk (Desirable)

This role may be suitable for you if you are currently a Headhunter, recruitment specialist, recruitment resources or a recruitment business partner, in either an agency or an in house setting.
