Due to continued expansion my client has a requirement for a proven contingency Recruitment Consultant in their flagship Bristol office. This is a unique opportunity to earn unrivalled commission percentages working in a variety of lucrative ICT markets.
You'll benefit from both short and long term career prospects with a proven roadmap to management. All current Managers have been organically grown through the business. You will be encouraged to start your own team and receive profit share on this team.
This position will suit a credible, professional Recruiter who is looking for a bigger platform on which to operate. You may be growing tired of having to hit a big threshold every month, there is none with my client, earn on everything you bill.
The business is a highly profitable, well structured entity that has the backing and support of a larger Recruitment Group. The larger function whilst not influencing the day to day activities does offer a degree of structure and a great "brand" to promote.
The business typically recruits in the £30k-100k salary space, predominantly at Consultant level right up to Board Level and with a client base of Multinationals to SME’s in both public and private sector, it has broad exposure with some well known organisations.
In general the work tends to be exclusively contingency projects although interim roles have also become more popular with clients in the past 12 months so someone adept at working with the right people in the right circumstances is key to this hire.
The right hire is integral to the growth of the brand, so rather than a job this is an opportunity to become part of the set up and to have an input in the company’s direction.
You are expected to demonstrate a track record in billing within any white collar contingency market and all areas of expertise will be considered.
The remuneration around the role depends on the experience of the individual, with flexible salary and OTE likely to be a £60k+ offering year 1 with significant increase once established due to the unique commission < £100k.
