IT Project Manager - London

A well regarded multi office law firm based in London are currently looking to recruit an IT Project Manager to work within the Business Solutions team responsible for the end to end management of multiple projects to enable successful business change, driving adoption of technology solutions within the firm.

As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for project governance further developing and building on the established project governance methodology to ensure the right projects are initially prioritised within the programme of change. You will be responsible for supporting the IT Director to agree and communicate the status of the programme of change within the firm, supporting the business users with development of an investment case to help prioritise business projects as well as liaising with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that projects requirements are met.

Within the IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring requirements are documented, building relationships with the IT Service Delivery team as well the management of external resources identifying areas where resources are stretched and delivering project outcomes through external flexible resources.

To be considered for the role, our client is requiring a candidate with proven experience of delivering multiple IT projects from inception and sign off to a successful service transition, commercial awareness couples with a solid technical background. Our client is also requiring a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as experience of working within a professional service environment.
