It has a highly admirable customer base, including well-known companies and organisations in the transport, financial services, telecommunications and government sectors. Solutions are wholly geared to delivering and maintaining customer applications which reliably achieve business and operational objectives cost effectively.
To be the over-lay technical resource/focal point on key projects. Support the operational change, and be the hands-on expert to build and deliver the new solutions.
Provide detailed technical analysis of current state IT architectures.
Provide high level (HLD) and low level (LLD) build and migration designs, with support from technical specialist colleagues.
Be instrumental in the design, engineering, implementation and transition of infrastructure services to cloud based solutions and services to support the needs of digital strategies.
Build infrastructure services (required for the deployment of the key digital services) including:
Operational processes, analytics and reporting, contact centre, network ( e.g. SDWan ) and cloud transformation.
- IT infrastructure project management experience / demonstrable success ideally across multiple technologies.
Microsoft / MS Azure - good experience highly preferable.
Good general cloud technology / applications deployment experience.
An understanding / appreciation of network and security technologies would be beneficial.
Excellent team and customer communication skills.
Self-driven; ability to work effectively under own initiative with a 'can do’ attitude.
Strong enthusiasm to learn and work with multiple technologies.
Good numerical skills/commercial aptitude; focus on achieving customer objectives e.g. RoI.
Ability and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites initially Dorset and Hampshire.
