I am looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join my consultancy team working on-site with our leading utilities company based in Warwick.
Role: Project Coordinator
Duration: Initial 6 months (potential for extension for the right person)
The IT Project Coordinator will support the Project manager on all project duties for a large scale complex Cyber Security programme .This position will be responsible for managing project administrative activities, supporting the Project Manager , as well as key PMO functions related to project status roll-ups, process compliance and more. The individual must be a well-organised, detail-oriented individual with the ability to handle multiple projects/responsibilities simultaneously.
This person will assist select project managers with core PM duties including budget management, procurement, status reports, various action items, issues, risks tracking lists, plan updates, meeting minutes, daily, weekly, monthly project/program status updates to multiple audiences, and more.
A Project Coordinator tracks progress, task completion, budget, and schedule, and performs reporting for assigned project(s). Generally responsible for tracking project information. Works directly with overall Project Manager. - Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal/people skills - Strong team-player and a flexible, proactive team member - Must have excellent communication skills - listening skills are especially important - Prior project leadership / management experience - IT experience in various projects - Familiar with project management tools, methodologies & processes - Proven organisational skills
