IT Project Co-ordinator - London - City - Career Progression

Global IT Solutions Company require a suitably experienced IT Project Co-ordinator to be based from their large offices near St. Pauls.

The role will be to co-ordinate the delivery of key projects & supporting the project team, providing a high quality service across all aspects of IT supply chain, deployment and logistics on behalf of a key clients.

Please Note: This is not a Project Support Officer role - This is a Project Co-ordinator role that will entail managing small projects with career progression to larger projects.

You will have previous IT Project Co-ordinator experience and an interest with IT Infrastructure project delivery.

IT Project Coordinator

Location: City, London

Salary: £26,000 + up to £4,000 Bonus + Benefits

You will be working within the Project Management Office and providing assistance to Project Manager upon large projects and project managing small projects

  • Degree Level or equivalent experience

  • Prince 2 Foundation, Practitioner will be beneficial


  • Experience of working to complex administrative processes

  • Experience of supporting a large project or managing small work packages

  • Experience of working in a commercial environment

  • Experience of working as part of a team while retaining clear ownership of allocated activities


  • Confident communicator and negotiator with others at all organisational levels to deliver project activities

  • Focused on learning new skills and gaining professional experience

  • Positive and proactive approach to work

  • Excellent time management, organisational and planning skills

  • Excellent standard of written English and documentation skills

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite software including Microsoft Word, & MS Excel and MS Project

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Good planning and scheduling skills
