IT Office Administrator

Our client, a well known and successful organisation are looking to recruit a Office Administrator.

This role is a 2 month contract, is paying £13.26 per hour and is based in Kings Cross.

The purpose of this position is to take responsibility for a variety of activities to support organisations and professionals. The role Includes providing administration and operational support to the Information Technology Team, and will be responsible for maintaining its financial commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administering software licenses, as well as maintenance contracts and selection audit of the software and hardware asset registers.

- Taking, producing and distributing minutes of meetings and providing a secretariat role for the Business Continuity team.

- Day to day administration and maintenance of the central IT budget. Generating, recording and receipting purchase orders.

- Providing administrative support to the IT department, including the organisation of team calendars, arranging meetings, maintaining/coordinating project papers and arranging required resources for team members.

Skills Required:

- Experience of raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Project management skills.
- Strong IT skills, including use of databases, Microsoft Office and online tools.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
- Negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Ability to cope with periods of high workload.
