The primary responsibility of this role will be to maintain and support existing BPO products (in-house donation processing systems such as Scanning, Reach and Touch). In parallel the applicant would also be involved in integrating new features based on specified requirements. Additional functions could also include software design and architectural activities dependent on the individual.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working both individually and as part of a wider international team, and should have a proactive approach, working with management to identify the most urgent tasks and subsequently seeing them through to a successful conclusion.
You will have previously implemented your knowledge to successfully troubleshoot problems independently and have proven skills to prioritise, plan and organise workloads on a daily basis with the ability to work under pressure and work proactively with others to achieve our client timeframe and service targets. Excellent communication skills and professionalism are essential, as the role requires you at times to communicate directly with our clients, suppliers and management team. Knowledge and experience of the following is essential:
Maintain integrity of software by rectifying reported issues
Production of Service Packs and/or fixes for in-house products
Assist in supporting customer and internal queries
Develop new features according to given requirements
