IT Mobile Device Support / Administrator
My client are a Global Corporate Company who are looking for someone to join their small but dedicated IT support team providing Mobile device support, setting up devices and managing policies for Tablets and Smartphones with Airwatch. You will be resolving issues directly and resolve where possible, or redirect to training or a third party resolution.
This is a permanent role in Solihull paying up to £25,000 per annum with benefits

Some experience with some of the following;
Mobile Tablet Device Support
Creating Policies for mobile Devices and Tablets
MDM - Mobile Device Management System experience with Airwatch
Configuring tablets for End User Deployment
Liaising with 3rd Parties
Due to remote controlling and speaking to users good phone manner and written and spoken English is important and perhaps someone from a Customer Service or Service Desk background is important.
They would be involved in building and rolling out tablets for new projects, so be organised and have good time management.
When quieter we would require helping out of general simple support/chasing our IT provider to solve things. Liaising with 3rd party Support provider and providing support on other IT projects.
Could be a great role for someone to develop their IT career with good training and development opportunities.
