You will be at the forefront of managing the company's IT infrastructure by leading a small team on best practices and reporting findings to the Regional IT Manager. This includes overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of various components such as the network, servers, storage, and telecommunications systems. Your technical expertise will be vital in ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of the systems while also guiding their team to provide the highest quality results.

What you will be doing...

? Lead and manage a team of 3x IT Analysts and a Team Lead, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality performance and professional growth.

? Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

? Manages the operational availability and deployment of Firm hardware and software in accordance with departmental standards and procedures

? Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of the infrastructure, implementing best practices and industry standards.

?Coordinate with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes, manage risk, and minimize disruption to business operations.

? Ensure adherence to change management policies and procedures, maintaining a robust change control environment.

? Manages the implementation of IT initiatives, projects, and deployments; promotes effective training and user acceptance of Firm software

What you need...

? 5+ years of IT management experience

? Experience working within a Law environment

? Experience delivering operational projects across multi-site locations

? Knowledge and understanding of datacentre, compute and application environments
