We are looking for somebody who is able to act both hands - on and Managerial. You will be undertaking various projects - the first being developing the Company's first Helpdesk. You will be tasked with building your own IT Team, so being both hands on and Managerial is a must.
You must have experience working with:
* At least 5 years in a previous IT Manager role
* Previous project experience (ie network system rollout)
* Hands-on working experience
* Office 365
* Windows Servers
* Active Directory
* Group Policy
* Networking - DNS, DHCP, Routing, Switches etc
* Remote working
* Flexible working hours
* Strong progression path
* Fun office work environment
You must be confident with your customer service skills in this role - To be able to listen, reason and understand varying technical language. The ability to teach others is key - you will be building your own Helpdesk team and so you need to be able to reason and coach.
